Who we are
DC VoIP Solutions Ltd is the legal name of the owners and operators of the website directvoip.co.uk. We have been operating since 2012 and offer voip based telephony services and equipment to small and medium enterprises.
Our opening hours
Our official hours of opening are Monday - Friday from 8am until 6pm.
Unofficially, though nothing is guaranteed, we will usually be available until at least midnight and that includes weekends. We have always said, if you need us, ring us, if we answer, we are open.

Contracts
We do not tie you in to any contracts except, that to prevent abuse, inbound numbers need to be purchased for a minimum of three months.
Whilst you are with us, provided your account is in good standing we will continue to provide the services you have paid for to the best of our technical ability.
