Our Call Charges
Our current ratesheets can be downloaded from below.
Call costs are updated somtimes twice a month to reflect our changes from our carriers.
UK rates generally remain stable but international charges to some countries can vary considerably.
The first row of the CSV file contains headers, the meaning of each is as follows:
- Destination - This is the destination name, eg UK_Mobile_Vodafone, France_Proper, etc
- Prefix - The area code you are dialling
- Cost - The cost per minute of a call to this destination
- Increment - The 'billing block', for example if the value is 6 this means for a 15 second call, you would be charged for 18 seconds, 3 blocks of 6. UK calls are all billed per second, ie 1, as is most of the world.
- Minimum - This is the minimum amount in seconds that you will be billed for. Again, for most of the world, this is 1 second.
- Connection - The connection charge for calls to this destination.
